WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SIN?
WHO IS A SINNER?
WHAT SIN ARE YOU GUILTY OF?
Danni, a distraught teenager, runs away from home. In the depths of a dark forest, she meets seven talking forest animals who embody the Seven Deadly Sins. Some try to help her, some need help, and some have more sinister motivations. Can she accomplish what she set out to do?

Forest of Sin is an original musical written by the brand new theater collective, The First Pescatarian Church. We are artists, and collaborators from the greater Chicago area dedicated to creating refreshing and relevant devised work.

This project is impossible without the support of the The First Presbyterian Church of Chicago. Located in Woodlawn, the Church is dedicated to bringing faith and art to the surrounding neighborhoods of South Side Chicago. Along with the Church, we are committed to involving community members in our artistic project and confirming the South Side's rich history and culture of music, performance, and theater. We would like to give our thanks to Pastor David Black, artist-in-residence Max Li, and all our friends at the Church for making this project possible.
